Applications invited for the posts of  Six Attendants and One Clerk-cum- typist in a DBT funded project-(MyDAN Programme)

DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY PUBLIC HEALTH AND EPIDEMIOLOGY LUVAS, Hisar

Applications are invited on plain paper for the post of  Six Attendant and One  Clerk-cum- typist in a DBT funded project “DBT Network Programme on bovine tuberculosis control: Mycobacterial Diseases in Animals Network (MyDAN) program” scheme-5037-C(g)-DBT-VPHE-10-O.A. in Veterinary Public Health and Epidemiology department. These posts are co-terminus with the project (tentatively the project is upto Sept. 2022) and Dr. Naresh Jindal is the Principal Investigator of this project of LUVAS centre. The application (Name, Address, Academic qualifications, Additional qualifications, knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit, experience etc.) complete in all respect (alongwith self attested photocopies of the certificates/documents) should be sent to and received in office of the undersigned latest by 02.04.2022No application there after shall be entertained for any reason.

Terms and Conditions:

The appointment will be co-terminus with project. In case the work and/or conduct is not found satisfactory, the service can be terminated at any time on giving 10 days notice after giving due opportunity of being heard to the concerned employee. Similarly if the selected candidate wants to leave, he/she can do so after giving 10 days notice in writing to the University/department.

On account of paucity of funds, the service can be terminated at any time.

The appointment will be guided as per terms and conditions of funding agency/LUVAS.

The appointee will be entitled to TA/DA as per rules.

The appointment will be for a period of one year initially even if the project is of more than one year duration. After one year of service, further extension, based on review of performance, will be decided by the competent authority. On expiry of the term of project, he/she will be relieved and the university/department will not be responsible for his/her adjustment in the university.

The person so appointed will not be a regular employee of the university and will not be entitled for any CPF/GPF/EPF etc. or any other benefit admissible to the regular employee/person engaged through outsourcing of the university.

The appointee will be required to produce a medical certificate to fitness from the university hospital at the time of joining.

The appointee will be required to join within 10 days from the date to issue of the order failing which his/her appointment will be treated as withdrawn.

The place of work of such appointee will be the concerned Department of LUVAS, and other collaborating institutes involved in the project/or as directed by the competent authority from time to time.

The appointee will be required to produce an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper duly attested by executive magistrate in the time of joining. Specimen copy of affidavit will be provided by the department.
 
DATE and TIME OF INTERVIEW to the candidates will be intimated in due course. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview. Original certificates will be required to be produced/shown at the time of interview.
